“Out of the night, when the full moon is bright…”

Are you playing the altogether excellent Zorro RPG published by Gallant Knight games? If you are, then maybe you’ve found yourself needing some cool maps of Alta California, or additional historical resources to fuel your games. Here’s some stuff I’ve culled from the internet and compiled for your Zorro RPG-ing use. Let me know if you find any other cool resources, and I’ll add them!

Some custom maps of Zorro’s Alta California, Pueblo Los Angeles, and El Camino Royal.

Tons of vintage maps of California in the 1800s.

Links to interesting information on the California Missons. Click on the individual mission pages, and then some of them have a "Technical Drawings" tab with links to maps and floorpans.

Crazy old-timey legends and folklore. (Across all of America, but plenty of old Californian stuff.)

Who were the Peraltas? (For anyone interested in running a game in the SF Bay Area, read this.)

Form-fillable Zorro Character Sheet PDF.

Local author Alton Pryor has a series of neat chapbooks about little known historical moments of California and the west. Lots of fodder for Zorro scenarios. (Amazon link; I’m not an affiliate and don’t get any money from your purchase of these books, I just think they’re neat.)

An Historical Map of the East Bay Area.
